  Child Development Center - There seems to be a HUGE problem with this facility and the individual that oversees the employees. I have never seen such a turn over in employees, nor have I ever seen such a invasion of privacy of employees private lives. When you listen to others regarding an employee (who is a recent new hire) of any actions taken by an employee who has been there a while with the same children without investigation then I find this completely unprofessional. I would not want my children under the care of a merry go round of employees. I believe SOMEONE in authority needs to take a closer look.
